Rooms & Architecture

Anse Chastanet Resort Soufriere offers individually designed rooms by architect Nick Troubetzkoy, with some rooms featuring only three walls and no air conditioning to immerse guests in the tropical surroundings. The Piton Pool Suite 5D provides a private pool and cascading views of the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. Premium Hillside Suites like room 7B come with spacious porches, rocking chairs, and views of both the Pitons and the beach.

Dining & Farm

The resort operates its own Emerald Farm, supplying 40% of the produce used in its four restaurants, with deliveries every Tuesday and Friday. The Treehouse Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner with a daily changing menu, while the beach-level Apsara restaurant offers Indian-St. Lucian cuisine. The Jungle Beach Bar & Grill at Anse Mamin serves a standout Dorado fish sandwich and a burger cooked in a historic sugar cane boiler.

Beach & Water Activities

Anse Chastanet has two soft-sand beaches adjacent to a designated marine reserve, offering snorkeling right off the shore with sea turtles, rays, and tropical fish. Complimentary use of kayaks, paddleboards, and Hobie Cats is included, and guests can also take out snorkel gear from the on-site Scuba St Lucia dive center. Anse Mamin Beach, a 7-minute walk along the cliff, provides a quieter alternative with its own beach grill and restrooms.

Wellness & Spa

The resort's full-service spa offers treatments such as the Four Hands Anpagal massage and daily yoga sessions on an open-air deck overlooking the Pitons. A well-equipped fitness center is available on the Jade Mountain side, air-conditioned and with Piton views. Wellness packages also include access to the spa facilities and use of steam rooms or relaxation areas.

Excursions & Activities

Guests can join the tree-to-bar chocolate tour at the Emerald Farm, which includes tastings of the resort's own craft beer made on-site. The half-day sailing trip on the Suzy Q takes guests up close to the Pitons and snorkeling at their base. Evening entertainment includes live music at the Piton bar, with performers like L. M. Stone, a native St. Lucian singer who has performed in Nashville.
